ClearCode is provided primarily as a free educational resource. Any financial contributions made via our Razorpay integration or other platforms are considered voluntary donations to support the server and AI API costs.
Since contributions are voluntary donations made at the user's discretion, cancellations are not typically applicable. If you have set up a recurring donation subscription by mistake, you can cancel it at any time from your payment provider's dashboard before the next billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds on voluntary donations once they have been successfully processed. However, if you believe a transaction was made fraudulently or in error (e.g., a double charge), please reach out to us via our Contact page within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review the case.
